Caravan of Dreams

As part of the International Community Arts Festival in Rotterdam, Excavate contributed to the East Midlands Participatory Arts Forum by taking part in a week long residency leading up to the Festival travelling across the Netherlands documenting and interrogating community arts projects. Andy Barrett wrote a series of essays for the project as well as helping to run a workshop at the Festival based on the findings of this journey.
