Riot Act

Earlier this year we worked with our old friend David Longford, now the Manager of the wonderful Framework Knitters Museum in Ruddington, on a script in hand reading of Andy’s play about the Luddites which was originally commissioned by Nottingham Playhouse and which drew on research from our previous work in Sutton and Kirkby in Ashfield that led to The Hammer of Defiance, An Act of Defiance, and Songs of Defiance.

After such a positive response the Museum have asked to work with us again, this time on a longer run. Details on when this will happen will be released by the Museum soon, but we’re really looking forward to building on what we made together and in working with cast members old and new.
